This form is to be used by clubs who wish to appeal their 2025 Proposed Team Grading due to significant change anticipated at their club/in their team.

Please note, appeals will not be considered based on performers moving out of their age group and into an older age group, ie top age Tinies all moving to Subbies.

If you are wishing to appeal more than one age group, please complete separate forms.

Grading points are only allocated to CaliVic Affiliated competitions as follows: State Champs, Coastside, Longbeach, Northern, Ringwood, Waverley, Westside, & Westernport Consideration is also given to all CaliVic Affiliated country competitions: Greater Valley, Horsham & Rich River All other competition results are not taken into account when grading - ie: RSSS, Mt Gambier, Pan Pacs etc
