2026 Age Exemption Application Form

Applications from club administrators for age exemptions.

Prior to application, club administrators should check to see if their request falls within the parameters of exemption as per the Age Exemption Process document.

This form must be completed by Club Administrators. Performers / parents should speak to their Club Administrator should they wish to apply for an age exemption.

Any attached documentation should be no more than 12 months old.

Applications for Special Considerations Letters can be made here and must be submitted two weeks prior to the start of the competition season or exam date.
