2025 Solo/Duo/Trio Withdrawal & Refund Request Form

Refunds are available as follows:

Refunds (minus a $10.00 administration fee) are only available after entries close provided a medical certificate is submitted using the required refund request form. No other refunds will be offered after entries close.
In the event that a performers solo competitions clash, a full refund will be provided – Calisthenics Victoria makes every effort to ensure this does not occur however due to entry numbers we cannot guarantee against a clash.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, clash with siblings, clash with class times, other events or commitments
