I hereby acknowledge and agree for the benefit of Calisthenics Victoria Limited ABN 19 319 361 645 (“Calisthenics Victoria”) as follows:

1. In this Confidentiality Agreement, “Confidential Information” means all information, software, audio-visual material, data, details of members, officers or teams or other documents or things that relate to the operations of Calisthenics Victoria which Calisthenics Victoria regards as confidential or which is evident by its nature or the manner of its disclosure to be confidential.

2. I may be given access by Calisthenics Victoria to certain Confidential Information during my appointment as a Calisthenics Victoria adjudicator or writer.

3. I will keep the Confidential Information confidential and secret and shall not by default, whether intentional or inadvertent, disclose the information in a manner other than as set out in clauses 4 and 5 below.

4. I will use the Confidential Information only for the purposes of and to the extent required by Calisthenics Victoria.

5. I will disclose the Confidential Information in any other case only with Calisthenic Victoria’s prior written consent and upon such terms as Calisthenics Victoria may in its discretion require.

6. The obligations of confidentiality set out in clause 3 do not apply to the extent that the Confidential Information was available to the public at the time of receipt by me.

7. The obligations of confidentiality contained in this Agreement shall be applicable to, and survive the year of appointment.

8. The obligations in this Agreement apply irrespective of the method of disclosure, whether in writing, in computer software, orally, by demonstration, description, inspection or otherwise.

9. It is a condition of my position as a volunteer committee member that I will not divulge (directly or indirectly) any Confidential Information

A breach of this Confidentiality Agreement may result in disqualification from holding a position as a Calisthenics Victoria adjudicator or writer and may result in further action by Calisthenics Victoria
