School Holidays are the perfect opportunity for ALL performers to meet and learn from experienced Calisthenics coaches, whilst developing new skills!

The program is a full day event, with a variety of different specialities. Performers will encounter strength training, flexibility, leaps/jumps, tricks, apparatus technique and more!
