CaliHolidays are back for Term 4!

With the Christmas holidays fast approaching, CaliVic are excited to be hosting our final CaliHolidays program for 2023. This is the perfect opportunity for ALL performers to meet and learn from experienced Calisthenics coaches, whilst developing new skills!

The program is a full day event, with a variety of different specialities. Performers will encounter strength training, flexibility, leaps/jumps, tricks, apparatus technique and more! 

Lizzie Lawless is a qualified Pilates instructor, winner of the Vera Hopton trophy and most recently 2023 RSS finalist for both her Calisthenics and Graceful solos. Lizzie will be presenting flexibility and Pilates.

Marlee-Shae Holdon is an experienced Calisthenics coach, talented Open soloist performer and most recently, RSS finalist. Marlee will be presenting a graceful workshop, turns and leaps.
