Getting your club ready for 2023; recruit, retain and look ahead!
Session 2: Planning for the Future
A workshop to get you started with your plans for 2023 and beyond, with an aim to develop key goals and think about succession strategies to help your club and committees perform well off stage today, and into the future.
You’ll work and learn with each other, and come away with a draft high-level plan you can bring back to your club to finalise together.
Your ideas and feedback will be shared with CaliVic so we can continue to strengthen the sport, including how we support our clubs.
