State Championships Information & Tickets
We look forward to welcoming you to the 2023 Calisthenics Victoria State Championships! Below you can find some important information regarding the 2023 State Championships.

- Besen Centre (allocated seating sessions – Premier Inters, Premier Seniors – Tickets online now closed. Tickets can only be purchased at the ticket box)

Ticket Pricing:
All ticket prices for the 2023 Team State Championships will be consistent across all venues.

- Concession $30
- Child $25
- Registered Coach $25

Programs:
- Programs will be uploaded to our website at least 1 week prior to each competition: https://calisthenics.asn.au/competitions/team-competitions/state-championships/programs/
Music & DLP:
- Music & DLP must be submitted via the links provided – https://calisthenics.asn.au/competitions/team-competitions/
- Submissions are due by Wednesday 13th September for Week 1 competitions and Friday 15th September for Week 2 competitions.
- Files must be in mp3 or mp4 format. No other formats will be accepted.
- Please ensure you bring a backup USB with music/DLP to the competition.
Videos:
- We are offering videography to all teams at all venues at State Championships.
- Clubs will be informed when orders are open – these will remain open during & after the competition
- All items will be filmed and once ordered, videos will be delivered via link
Badges & Merchandise:
- Badges will be available for purchase for $10 at all venues except Bunjil
- Limited merchandise will be available for purchase at Besen only
- Badges & merchandise can also be purchased through our online shop to be posted directly to you
Volunteers:

- In line with communication to clubs in May, clubs will be required to assist with providing volunteers as sessions their club is participating in. Our volunteer coordinator Liz will be in contact with clubs to arrange for this.
Paperwork:
- Please bring your backstage & curtain form and lighting sheet(s) on the day

Presentations:
