It is with great excitement that we launch the Calisthenics Victoria Strategic Plan 2023-2026

We will work collaboratively with all of our participants, clubs, partners and stakeholders to make our sport the best it can be for everyone involved. Our values guide and direct all of our decisions and behaviours.

• Connection – Working together for the safety, wellbeing and inclusion for all.

We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate in Calisthenics in such way that matches their preferences. Over the next four years we want to be more inclusive and offer programs that appeal to a broad cross-section of the community in a variety of formats (including competition and recreation). In developing this plan we surveyed over 1,000 members and you’ve told us that we need to support and develop:

• Programs
