2017 Solo and Duo Competition taking centre stage at the Dandenong Solo Competition.

Solo and duo calisthenics competitors will compete at the Dandenong Solo competitions this weekend at Cranbourne Community Theatre, Starlight Theatre and River Gum Performing Arts Theatre.

Run by Berwick Calisthenics Club for 21 years, the Dandenong Solo and Duo competition received 790 entries this year.

Over 1100 calisthenics competitors set to compete at Peninsula and Western District this weekend!

The Peninsula Solo Competition and Western District Solo and Duo Competition are running concurrently this weekend.

Run by Pentland Calisthenics College, competitors will compete at the Western District Solo Competition at The Quin Auditorium, Braybrook from 17 to the 19 March 2017. Pentland Calisthenics College look forward to providing an opportunity for calisthenics participants to compete in the Western Metropolitan Melbourne region.

Alphington Sports Medicine Clinic: Exercise and Rehabilitation for the Victorian State Team

Calisthenics Victoria is proud to announce Alphington Sports Medicine Clinic as partners in 2017, working closely with the Victorian State Team around education and injury prevention.

With over 30 years of excellence in Sports Medicine, Alphington provides healthcare services of the highest calibre.  They will be providing valuable tips on nutrition, stretch and risk management to our state team members and coaches.

Taking Centre Stage at the Mt Eliza Solo Competition

The Mt Eliza Solo Competition is the first competition in the Eastern metropolitan region and competitors will take centre stage at the Langwarrin Performing Arts Centre, Rivergum Performing Arts Centre and Cranbourne Community Theatre from the 10 - 13 March.

Celebrating over 35 years of competitions, the Mt Eliza Solo Competition has significantly grown from the initial 200 competitors to over 740 entrants in 2017.

Avonde Solo Competition launches 2017 Solo and Duo Season

The 2017 Victorian Metropolitan solo and duo competition season starts this Friday 4 March and runs until Sunday 30 April. This year there are 10 Metropolitan Solo and Duo Competitions across Victoria where over 1,500 solo and duo competitors will compete.
